1. Prices
- Prices on this website and in our price list are in Indian rupees, per unit unless another unit is stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes, packing and freight are confirmed in our quotation or invoice.
- The total shown in the website enquiry list is for reference only. The price in our written quotation or invoice is the price that applies.
2. Enquiries and orders
- Sending an enquiry through WhatsApp, email or phone does not by itself create an order.
- An order is confirmed only when we confirm availability, price and dispatch details to you.
- Payment terms are as agreed with us for each order.
3. Choosing the right part
- Please check the spare code, size and machine model before ordering. If you are unsure, send us the old part or a clear photo and we will help you identify it.
- Machine model names, brand names and spare codes on this website are used only to identify which part is meant. Their use does not mean that Bhavna Engineering is affiliated with, or endorsed by, the owners of those names.
4. Delivery
Dispatch dates given by us are our best estimate. Once goods are handed to the transporter or courier, delivery times depend on that service. Please check the goods on receipt and tell us about any shortage or transit damage as soon as possible.
5. Returns and replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted only when agreed with us in writing, for example by WhatsApp or email. Please contact us before sending any goods back.
6. Website content
- We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it may contain errors. If we find an error in a price or description, we will tell you before confirming your order.
- The text and layout of this website belong to Bhavna Engineering. Do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of production or profit.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
